Our biggest project so far, we moved a tremendous amount of earth to create a lovely, green oasis within which to hang out and relax.
Through landscaping we installed a natural water system to catch rainwater during monsoon season in various ponds in order to enjoy our own water supply throughout the dry season.
We are lucky to have many Coconut trees (all well trimmed so you don’t get struck by a coconut!) as well as Papayas, Mango, Cashew nut, Bananas, Jackfruit and lots more.
In our vegetable garden we grow herbs and veggies, which we use for cooking.
You will also find a chicken house where we try to get enough eggs for the daily breakfast as well as a home chicken meal once in awhile.
